VINIFICATION and AGING:
This wine is produced through a natural double fermentation. The first fermentation occurs during the harvest, with traditional vinification of the Garganega grapes, using cap management. The second fermentation takes place inside the bottle, which gives the wine its characteristic perlage and completes its evolution. Bottled without the addition of sulfites.
DESCRIPTION:
Straw yellow color. Fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it recalls white flowers and very elegant aromatic notes. On the palate, it is savory and mineral. The perlage enhances the flavors of pineapple and honey.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Sparkling white wine. Excellent as an aperitif and with pizza. Pairs well with light dishes or fried foods. Also ideal with dry pastries and traditional desserts.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
